The thin blade slitter scorer machine is used for cutting corrugated board in the production line, it is practical and easy to operate. Generally, the feeding width is 1600mm, 1800mm, 2200mm, but we can customize for you. We have model 4 slitter 6 scorer, and model 5 slitter 8 scorer. The blade and scorer are electric adjusted, so it is used very conveniently.

1. Both of slitter and scorer are electric adjusted, also the blade is pneumatic lifting.

2.The slitter scorer machine has the function of electric left-right retification to cooperate the postition of the paper sheet.

3.The blade is tungsten carbide, sharp and durable, it can be used over 800 millions meters, also it has the function of auto sharpening.

4.The scoring part adopts 5 points scoring.

5.The thin blade slitter scorer use the synchronous belt transmission, so the machine is low noise and easy to operate smoothly.

6.The slitter scorer machine can keep the speed with production line automatically.It can change the order quickly.

7.As you can see, the machine has two places of waste suction.
