Feeding unit:

• Adopt the lead edge belt absorption feeding accurate and reliable.
• Adopt top grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, for the individual control of feeding department.
• The height of press-paper wheel can be adjusted, the suitable thickness of cardboard is 2-8mm.
• Linkage with folding department, frequency control.
• The front baffle of feeding department and belt can be adjusted right and left.

Stitching unnit:

• Double imported servo drive high precision, reduce the mechanical transmission part, and reduce the mechanical failure rate.
• Stitching department adopt the touch screen operation. Parameter (stitching distance, number, species and back baffle) could change expediently.
• Control system adopts Taida PLC control system.
• All switches in the control box adopt Taiwan ShiLin.
• Bottom block, knives of stitching department adopt German tungsten steel, which is wearable.
• The head of nail is made of special steel, computer precious produce.
