ATTENTION :

• Before operation , need to undertake safety confirmation around the machine
• Not more than 2 people at the same time to operate .
• Before retainer or safety cover installation, do not start the machine and running , operation is in danger of the cuff involved in site .
• When in the maintenance and adjustment, must cut off the main power switch then operation .
• Before booting , we don't use hand or other parts of the body near the operation area, especially the wheel and belt position .
• Around the machine base, the ground should be clean, not pile up the paper scraps, sundry goods and so on
• Before power on, it is important to ensure that installation position in the area of security, prevent high temperature, splashes of moisture and water droplets. Ground wire must be sure to connect ground, should not have non-work personnel near the machine. Operators must carefully read this manual before using , make sure the use of using methods, then can operate .
• After connect the electric power , then system control cabinet has high voltage, in the production process , forbid to open the front and back doors of control cabinets . When the power is cut off, control cabinet still has the high voltage direct current (dc), thus within five minutes after cutting off the power supply , don’t open the front and back doors of cabinet .
• Except our company working engineer, others can’t remove or repair any appliances in system control cabinet without our permission. If there are any damage , our company does not undertake any responsibility
• When replacement parts, need to use guaranteed parts which my company confirm .
