Description:

This machine is to print corrugated paperboard, make slot or die cut to form boxes. It has independent lead edge feeding system. Generally we make 1-4 color for the machine, also we can make 5 color. You can choose slotting unit or die cutting unit, or you can choose both. This machine is our best model printing machine, highest speed, can reach 150 pcs per minute. The whole machine is automatically, computer control system, touch screen. It is convenient to operate the machine.

Machine features:

Lead edge feeder system

• Four rows wheels type lead edge feeding system , easy operation , high precision.
• The lead edge wheels adopt Maxdura brand from Taiwan , durable Wear Resistant .
• 7.5kw fan , air suction auxiliary paper feeding, according to the bending degree of the board, adjustable air volume to ensure smooth paper feeding. Variable frequency control the air volume .
• The positions of the left and right baffles are electrically regulated by the screw rod, which is convenient and quick to adjust. The position of upper and lower clearance of front baffle is manually adjusted separately.
• With the skip feeding function , choose the skip feeding function according to the needs to ensure the processing of large size board. Paper lifting and paper dropping adopt cylinder to push the action quickly and save effort.

Printing unit

1. Printing roller

• The outer diameter of 465.6mm (including lining outside diameter 480mm).
• Steel plate material, surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
• Balance correction, smooth operation.
• Ratchet wheel fixed roller which install the printing plate.
• The whole format plate groove, suitable for 9mm hanging version shall apply.
• Load and unload the printing plate, make positive and negative turns by electric foot switch
• Printing roller transverse manual adjustment, the range of 2-5mm.

2. Printing pressing roller

• The outside diameter is 175mm .
• Steel pipe surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
• Balance correction, smooth operation.
• The gap of the printing press roller is manually adjusted by double-pole self-locking worm gear body, and the gap is adjusted by eccentric gear, marked with scale.

3. Steel anilox (made by Haili company from Jiangsu province)

• The outer diameter of 215mm .
• The steel pipe surface adopts advanced chromium plating process, which is hard, smooth and wear-resistant.
• The dot is consistent and the ink is even.
• Extend the service life of printing plate and rubber roller.
• Double-pole self-locking volute is adopted to manually adjust the anilox roller clearance, and eccentric steel sleeve is used to adjust the clearance, and the scale is marked.
