Structural features:

1. Synchronous servo motor controls the knife and wire. Automatic reset. Exact size. Order replacement time is 20 seconds. The two machines can be used to exchange orders without speed reduction.

2. Schneider PLC control system, adopts CAN open bus system, has order management function, and is equipped with a speed synchronization signal input interface with dryer.

3. The man-machine interface adopts a 10.4-inch color touch screen, which stores 999 orders, realizes automatic or manual order replacement, and automatically alarms if a fault occurs.

4. Three types of crimping: convex to concave, convex to flat, the two crimping forms can be automatically converted. The depth of the crimping wheel can be automatically controlled by the computer, and the line shape is good and easy to bend.

5. Using a thin tungsten steel alloy knife, the blade is sharp and the service life is more than 8 million meters. The sharpening is controlled by computer, automatic sharpening or manual sharpening, which can cut and sharpen while cutting to improve production efficiency.Thin knife seat and crimping seat are supported by linear bearings, with accurate positioning dimensions and no accumulation error.
